I have had this machine for about 3 months. It is light weight, quiet, suction is great, turbo head cleans rugs and carpet easily and has a handy and easy to store vaccum handle at rear of cleaner. I don't have any carpet in my house so perhaps I haven't tested it to it's full potential. The hard floor attachment is perfect for picking up dog hair and leaves no scratches. Small dust bag needs frequent replacing.
