Compared to my old this is much easier to use. Attachments have a place (except for tile but don't use all the time) and even a space to hold it all in so you can carry in one hand. Cord and hose are a little short for my personal tastes but nothing a good extension cord can't fix. Use it to clean up at my job, my work, even able to kill bedbugs with it as well! This steam cleaner has helped me do the entire kitchen so far using only water and rags. I just spray, scrub with the brush at the same time and wipe away the loose grime. I can't wait to get to the bathrooms with this thing! You can tell it's made with quality parts when you get it out of the box. My sons and I have had a blast (no pun intended) cleaning things with it. Now, it's not magic. There is some work required for really stubborn messes. But I've seen nothing that will cut through dirt, grime and grease better. Warning: Be careful what you clean with it. I tried to get rid of an old scuff mark on one of my kitchen cabinets. It took off the mark, as well as the paint underneath.

I haven't done inside because it just won't get the job done. Steamed inside house and did okay, major complaint is you have to keep stopping for it to build pressure. I couldn't even get through one wall baseboard without having to stop a couple times. The floor attachment is angled not straight and so it seams I might be bent over if I wanted to try my Carpets or floors. You can spray for around 2 minutes before the temperature drops and then it seems to take longer than the 40 seconds the manual says to recover and ready to spray again. Overall she is happy with the performance. Probably more expensive models would heat up and recover faster, but for the price it seems pretty good.
