Age 18-24 25-34 35-44 45-54 55-64 65 and older Gender Male Female I bought 3 of these blankets. Twin beige, F/Q beige, and King grey. The twin beige and the king grey are great, soft and lovely. The F/Q beige for some reason is full of fuzz balls. I've washed that one several times and even vacuumed off the fuzz balls, but it keeps shedding. I wonder why this particular blanket is so bad. I made the mistake of washing a pair of velour sweats and a couple of microfiber dusting cloths with the blanket and they came out full fuzz stuck to them, which needed to be vacuumed off. They were so soft that I couldn't wait to get them all out and ready for throw blankets on the couch and blankets on the bed (everyone loves to have their own blanket to snuggle with !!) but after I washed them - they are terrible.

Shedding fuzz balls everywhere. I wake in the morning covered with them. They are all over the floors, couch, beds and pillows. I didn't keep my receipt because I've had Mainstays blankets before and have never had a problem with them. I'd love to be able to at least return them for credit towards new blankets. Hoping my Walmart will work with me on this because I'm ready to just put them out in our 'cat house' to at least warm the neighborhood cats. My blanket was not that thick and warm like others have said. Plus it pilled with balls as well. I work in Afghanistan and put it in the freebie pile for someone else to use. I washed it according to the instructions. I have owned it a week and haven't even put it on my bed because I don't want the fuzzies all over. Yes () No (1)  Report Yes () No (1) As with normal clothing or blankets I wash them before using, had nothing but lint in the washer when done and enough fuzz balls in the dryer to completely clog the lint screen. Along with enough fuzz balls on the blanket and in the dryer to make a second blanket. Not much of a savings buying it there if it falls apart while washing. Yes (8) No (0)  Report Yes (8) No (0) I was given this blanket for Christmas, and it was so pretty. It was grey or chrcoal but when we first used it, it started shedding on us. So I put it in the guest room on the bed and it shedded all over the sheets and the back side of the comforter. So I washed it again, hoping that would help, it did not. I plan on returning it to Walmart ASAP to get another style of blanket THAT WILL NOT shed or ball up on everything including itself.
