Very light weight, good suctionWhat surprised me about this vacuum is that it weighs just under 3 pounds! This vacuum can be used either as a hand-held or as an upright. It has a 240" (20 feet) AC cord. It has a pretty good suction, but no moving brushes. It works best on hardwood and tile. It also works on rugs with a shot nap, but not a long nap. For example, it cleans my silk rugs very well but not the wool rugs which might have little threads or hairs tangled in the fibers.The vacuum has a telescoping handle. When the handle is extended to the max the top of the handle is 48" high from the floor. The vacuum has a HEPA filter and it is washable. If you buy this at a retail store it will be more expensive.This 2-in-1 stick and handheld vacuum would work best in small to medium sized homes with mostly bare floor surfaces like hardwood or linoleum because it does not have a motorized brush.The biggest advantage of this is that it will not scratch any expensive wood or linoleum flooring your home may because of the motorized brush. You just need to keep the wheels clean.It will also work on rugs and carpet but only on the thin pile variety and don’t expect any deep cleaning with it.Take note that this is a corded vacuum with a 16 foot power cord. I just wanted to mention this because there was one consumer who said that he thought that this was a cordless vacuum.This is equipped with a telescopic wand that makes this great on stairs as long as you have a power cord nearby. It has a few attachments with a flexible hose that will allow folks to use this as a handheld vacuum.
