Some may even find it a bit over-engineered. It offers many options like built-in accessories (brush nozzel), the dust sensor section and even the 3 primary vaccum heads for use on various surfaces. I feel that Samsung could have refined and simplified the MotionSync a little, dropped the price a bit, and had a better final product for it.

A single head that can handle and adjust to both flat surfaces and carpet like certain Dyson models stands out as a good example. For a corded vacuum, it has great reach and is fairly versatile. The innovative swivel base handles well and the large capacity canister is easy to remove and empty. It has such good suction, we're using it in our garage right now in place of our old shop-vac. It doesn't have quite that level of suction, but it is sure a heck of a lot quieter!My abode is home to a number of vacuums and steam cleaners, and the two other recent acquisitions that I'm comparing this Samsung model to are the Hoover Air Cordless Series 3.0 Bagless Upright and the Dyson DC59 Animal Cordless. They are both coordless, so have a lot more range and are easier to use since you don't have to worry about being connected to a power outlet. The vacuum is awkward. It's easy to clean but the handle is stiff, hard to maneuver it into tight spaces. The stick is not sturdy at all where it attaches together.Wheels get caught on everything. Built-in vacuum brush is difficult. Motor speed control is too easy to hit by accident. I have purchased so many vacuum cleaners!!! Finally, after investing so much in every kind and make, I decided to go fo this Samsung even though Samsung is not known for this... I have used my Samsung Canister vacuum for 8 months now and I absolutley love it! I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone!We bought one that was used, with the attachments being a bit different. Nevertheless, the base unit and suction power is better than we thought it would be. This vacuum is really nice. Extremely satisfied with this vacuum. It's powerful and cleans very nice and I like the dust sensor.The box was opened before and then sealed again but the vacuum cleaner and all the parts were never used.

Not a good investment. Pros: Has good suction. Hard to clean and messy. We picked one of these up from Lowe's. It was half off so we thought we would give it a try to replace our old upright that finally died. Don't waste your money.
