This house is primarily designed for 6 guests, I allow upto 8 guests. There will be total of 3 beds as in the pictures provided only.Every room is open to guests except for the garage doors. You can park up to 2 to 3 cars in front of the Garage door.I am available to answer any questions anytime of the day, I usually respond under 1 hour during 7am to 10pm Melbourne time.Sanctuary Lakes resort is situated approximately 22km from Melbourne CBD which is approximately 20 minutes away (driving) to Melbourne. Bus is available in door step. Sanctuary Lakes Golf course within Sanctuary Lakes resort is designed by Greg Norman.There is a bus stop right in front of the houseThe entire house is provided with all the furnitures like TV, large fridge, washing-machine, iron, microwave, oven and dishwasher.• No Smoking in the house (Outside is allowed)• No Pets• No Party in the house• We don't charge general cleaning howeverHouse will be in clean conditions when presented to you, if its not returned in similar fashion than a cleaning fee of $250 or more applies to your bond.

Depending on the extra cleaning that is required.• Check-in time is 2PM (Flexible, ANY Time after 2pm is fine) in some cases you may arrive a bit earlier but you need to contact me so I can modify the code. I will provide you with a 8 Digit CODE to open the main door. No keys, 24hrs entry. The code only works for the duration of your stay and it expires when you check out.• Check-out time is 10AM• This is a list of what to do before departure in order to avoid cleaning fees and to keep $250.00 security bond:1. All dishes pots and pans that were used must be washed by hand or in dishwasher, Place one washing tablet and turn on. Stainless Steels pots and pans must have no burn marks.2. Vacuum the house, Check for hair and other small items on floors, there is a vacuum cleaner in the house.3. Remove all used doona covers and towels and place them in Laundry, please keep wet items separately.4. Remove all your rubbish from the house and place in yellow or blue bins outside for collection.5.

Clean Cooktop, Oven and Microwave area. If you are cooking you can use Aluminium foil around the gas cooktop and remove the foil after cooking.6.
