I thought I'd share some interior renderings of a custom home I've been working on. These are the interiors of the stone and brick house I've shown on previous posts. It's going to be a house with a lot of character, warmth, and detail!Before + After Shots! Continued photos from the house in Powell I've been posting about. This is the Dining Area which we designed to open up into the Screen Porch. The table can extend to seat more people and the buffet is tucked behind. This space used to be the Kitchen - now that we no longer have cabinetry against that wall, we are able to do so much more glass!

This Kitchen was remodeled within the existing spaces - no addition needed here! What used to be a small kitchen and breakfast space is now a large, modern, and inviting kitchen. The "formal" dining and living rooms used to be very disconnected from the kitchen and main living spaces of the home. The only structural change we made was enlarging this opening. Jamee Parish Architects added 4 new photos.These are the first few pictures from a wonderful project in Powell. This home had a standard, predictable 70's layout with a lot of unused space. We opened up most of the rooms on the first floor and only did a small addition on the family room to accommodate the furniture they needed. I love how bright and fun this house is!
