I was willing to try this product but found it quite difficult to set up. It seems to have a "mind" of it's own on occasions but performs well on my hard floors but less so on rugs. It will not work at all on the carpet in my lounge, it keeps throwing up code 04 which means "clean detectors" but they are not blocked?? I will persevere with this "robot" and hope to "get to grips with it" in the near future BEST BUY EVER ! I have had a previous incarnation of a similar machine from another manufacturer, but it didn't last long, so I thought I would upgrade and I am so glad I did. This little beauty cleans EVERYTHING - hard floors, tiles, carpet and so easy to programme. Just set and forget. I have a combination of different floor types and a 1cm jump up to our timber floored lounge, but this little guy handles it all in his stride and does an excellent job. Highly recommend this to anyone with a busy lifestyle or bad back - where vacuuming can be a painful chore at times.

We had one corner that it got stuck in due an to uneven stair tread. It goes back to base to recharge and saves me so much time.

It has a help call if in trouble but does what its meant to and never falls down the stairs. We have a dog and I couldn't believe the amount of dirt and hair it picks up it is great! This product can clean the room. However, this product has no brand no details regarding manufacturer. Therefore, I am worried about warranty. How to buy replaced accessories and battery? Also, I am not sure whether it is safe to use this product. I have been more than pleased with the product, it performs well.
