We bought it Feb. 12, 2012, have had it in for repair once and never did it again because it has to be packed up, sent to where ever, takes a long... I've owned this for about 3 years now. The draw back to it it's heavy... It's not easy pushing around or the attachment is not easy to work. We bought this three years ago. It worked great--at first. But it very quickly became apparent that it needs constant maintenance. We've had this LG for 4 years. In those 4 years, we've had to send it in for repairs 3 times. There are no service locations in our area, so they pay for us to ship the vacuum to... We LOVE the Vacuum. Best we've ever had but we had to give this two stars because of LG's awful customer service.

This is one amazing vacuum cleaner. Yes, it is large and heavy but it does a tremendous job cleaning carpets.
