A lot heavier than other stick vacs and stiff for tight turns but vacumns really well, better than regular stic vacs. I bought this thing because my fancy pants Mother-in-Law had one in her fancy house, and it worked flawlessly on both their wood floors and low pile carpets. Love Miele products but cord wind clip broke and they want me to take to a dealer.
