I did love it, although the directions were not very clearly written, I did manage to... No matter what I did, I could not get this thing to work. And there was never an error message. It would charge up all the way but it never ran for more than 10 seconds. Overall, a good product. My husband bought this for me for Christmas and it works well keeping up with the dog hair but definitely does not replace the regular vacuum.
