I looked at Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi and just didnt seem to find any others that I liked and I always kept coming back to this one so went in store the guy demonstrated it for me and could feel the vibrations and saw the light and he explained eveyything to me. The first time we used it with 17year old carpet and it is the best thing that I could have ever brought my mum the power head and the vibrations bring up all the dirt/crap and its brilliant I have server dust mite allergies and already notice the difference. I now have to wear a mask everytime we vacuum or else it flares up my allergies but they are getting better everytime we vacuum and I can breathe so much better already. We can actually see the carpet getting cleaner somehow even though we had it professionally cleaned a week before Christmas. Would recommend this vacuum cleaner in a heartbeat. Magnificent, after my first use I wonder what I did without it. Quite, powerful, light weight, no bending over and I am 6ft1, picks up everything - including that huge amount of pet hair.

Thanks Hoover, and beats my previous dyson upright easily. I bought it from Godfreys in Canberra so I hope they keep stocking these. Extremely well done Hoover. Works as expected but do not think it is easy to use the upholstery attachments. It really needs a separate hose for this purpose as the fixed metal tubes are not conducive to ease of use.
