New Eco Hardfloor Brush (HB-300) 496 x 1021 x 1167 Set Weight with Stand Terrible Vacuum and Terrible service This vacuum is absolutely terrible had for 3 months and stopped working properly. Shipped it away to get serviced and had it returned weeks later with the same issue. Called again and had them send me to a service location that wasn't even working for them anymore. Have to ship it out again and I'm not optimistic that the problem will be resolved. For the price of this product you are better of buying a dyson. Looks nice but do not buy! Very poor build quality, designed to fall apart and be replaced within a year or two. Stay away from this piece of junk. initial review, after 2 weeks The vacuum works well on my hard surfaces, I understand the issues others have mentioned about carpet, but for me I have very little carpet that it isn't an issue for me. other aspects about how durable the system is will have to wait as I haven't had the product long enough to comment on that.

Doesn't roll over carpet. It's so low it needs to be dragged across the floor. Get's hung up on every corner and difficult to maneuver. It performed very well while it worked! Broke within two weeks. Fortunately, Best Buy was fabulous and I was able to return for a full refund, Too many unnecessary bells and whistles. Design is unnecessarily complex. Too many things that can break, Go simple. Will not buy another Samsung vacuum. from Flin Flon, MB Wand Handle Broke and there isn't a replacement for it! Vacuum is only 6 months old, and is only used on laminate flooring. wand connection part is broken so easily. No service for that. Terrible - This vacuum cleaner worked good for about three months of light use and then the motor burned out. Support was unbelievably bad from Samsung and after finally getting it fixed it broke again after about a month. excellent value and service We first seen this vacuum at Competitor however it was out of stock so we went to best buy in langley. They had very helpful staff and offered to ship it in for us. They also Competitor price which we put into the 4 yr extended warranty.

Once we got it home we tried it out after vacuuming with our hoover and it picked up tons of diety and hair. It also pulled out the carpet shampoo powder that we never knew was still in the carpets. Love it, had a Dyson and this is a better buy for the money. This was a decent vacuum for a week then the wand cracked, fell apart and the powerhead now doesn't work. Samsung does not service the product and bestbuy doesn't cover it either. For the price this product is total trash I do not reccomend!! Good vacuum, a bit heavy, some times not enogth suction power. i have tried many..but this the best at this point. i was freak out when the smart brush stopped. but there was a small hole reset button . poke a resetbutton with a niddle and working fine after that.. depand on floor it might stop the smart power brush... as fas as i experinced.. i bought it on boxing day.....good deal .. with 3 different floor brush.... 3 of then are nice depand on the surface i use them all.

This looked like the right vac for our needs, but, the powerhead worked for two seconds and refused to work again. 5 calls (totalling two hours) to Best Buy and Samsung resulted in the realization that service simply doesn't exist. The best they could offer in terms of service was for me to box up the product and send it to Samsung for repair. So, I returned it for credit on the same day that I bought it. Samsung's service was a huge disappointment and has convinced me that I will never likely buy another Samsung product. Unfortunately, Best Buy's service was no better. It might be a long time before I shop there again. I guess the "ultimate" service was the refund that they provided. I have to be thankful for that at least. I've used vacuum (canister) from many companies, including Hoover and Dyson. This vacuum cleaner tops it all. I love how powerful the suction is; how easily it is to pull around; and love the power on the handle itself. It is also quieter than dyson, which my dog definitely appreciates.

Pros: lot's of suction with 3 settings, variable speed brush, light, easy to maneuver. Cons: Hose could be longer to reach a flight of stairs, power cord could be longer, doesn't seem as sturdy as my Dyson. This thing is fantastic, much quieter than a dyson with the same if not more suction. Love the features especially how it bends to follow you. Bought this on sale for half price and couldn't be happier. Couldn't believe the amount of dust, hair, and whatever else that it picked up on my first use that my old vacuum didn't. The dust sensor is cool feature as well. CAUTION - Samsung do not support this vacuum Thought I'd give this Samsung vacuum a go as an alternative to a lower-end Dyson. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. It worked well for a time - the suction is good - in my older, rather dusty house we have to empty the canister more often than ideal, but maybe that's just me. Several attachments is nice, though nowhere to store them, so I'm guessing they'll go unused.

The hardwood floor head is oddly designed (it does not click into place with the wand, but instead is held by friction of inserting it into the wand), but seems to do the trick. After 45 days, the wand cracked - it was not dropped - vacuuming under a couch, we found that the head was wobbly, and hanging by a thread of cable - so it does seem like simple and general use damaged the wand. Trying to get service has been the WORST - I have spent almost 2 hours trying to get someone to even look at the thing, and Samsung support do not support Samsung vacuums - try to figure that one out. I now have to call dealer support with Best Buy to get service. I'm hoping for a quick resolution, but am cynical about the whole thing. I would recommend going with a different brand. This vacuum is great so far. I am a little concerned about the quality of the plastic that the smooth floor head is made of. I hope that it doesn't break too easily. Great suction, quiet, easy maneuvouring...
