I could see a visible difference after vacuuming my car. You need to clean the filter after vacuuming else the suction gets reduced. The cord is good enough to reach the rear seats. I immediately tried it while in the parking lot, should it not meet my standards and could easily return it. To my husband's and my surprise, this unit was quite a powerful unit. The suction was quite strong for such a small vac; it picked up the embedded crumbs that fall in between the seat and the door. We loved the fact that it came with several attachments, was a wet/dry vac, has a fold-out crevice tool, comes with a tote bag for storage and it looks good! I'm a retired lady, and this vac is lightweight enough to hold in my left hand while reaching overhead to vacuum high surfaces. The vacuum is made much better than the shop vac I used to have. The cloth bag that functions as a motor filter is made of substantial, real cloth--not that fake clothlike material you find nowadays on so many products. The parts are easy to click together. I especially like the large assortment of tools that came with the vac, from a tiny keyboard attachment to a large, let's vacuum out the truck bed attachment, and all the usual attachments like long nozzles and floor tools. Can't imagine a better shop vac kit for a homeowner! I'd have happily paid way more for this product without complaint! Most only came with a 4 ft hose and a 6ft power cord. The Armor All comes with a 6ft hose and a 10 ft power cord. Also the completion could only offer at best 60 CFM suction where the Armor All unit is rated at 110 CFM suction which is almost twice the suction power of its closest competition. I use the Armor All vac in my line of work. I am an appliance repair technician and I use for everything from removing water from a dishwasher that won't pump out to cleaning out a lint coated dryer.
